Research
The teachers are also researchers in one of the three research laboratories within the school. Their work contributes to the energy and digital transition: renewable energy, intelligent systems and mechatronics.
Student life
Between lakes and mountains, life is good at Polytech Annecy-Chambéry! The BDE (Student Union) and its clubs offer a wide range of activities: sports, art, sustainable development, festive and fun events, etc. The BDE brings people together, federates them, creates a network and strong friendships for the future.
DDRS (Sustainable Development and Social Responsibility)
The school has been involved in the DDRS process since 2009:
- via its training programs: all our future engineers are trained in sustainable development;
- via its research work particularly in renewable energies, sustainable building and artificial intelligence for environmental data;
- via its student associations: Engineers Without Borders, Women Engineers, fair trade cafeteria, etc.
